Digital Marketing Specialist (1-3 Years)

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen ArogyaBodh's digital presence and drive customer acquisition.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who has moved beyond basic social media management and is comfortable independently planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing activities.

You will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, developing engaging content strategies, improving online visibility, and generating qualified leads through multiple digital channels.

The ideal candidate should understand how digital marketing contributes to business growth and be capable of taking ownership of campaigns from planning to performance analysis.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Good understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.

• Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and website optimization.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.

• Strong written communication and marketing copywriting skills.

• Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.

• Familiarity with Canva and other basic creative tools.

• Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and meet deadlines.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.

• Experience managing paid advertising budgets and generating leads.
• Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization.

• Experience working with influencers or managing digital partnerships.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation, research, and marketing workflows.
