What is removed
- Your sign-in. You can no longer log in, and you are signed out everywhere.
- Your name, email, phone number, photo and date of birth.
- Your saved addresses, and the health details on your profile.
- Your place on our newsletter.
- If you are a doctor or therapist, your public profile.
What happens to your membership and wallet
- A membership ends and stops renewing, so you are not charged again.
- Any wallet balance is lost, so please use it first.
What we keep
Records of past bookings, including the address of a visit, prescriptions, lab reports and payments stay, shown under the name "Deleted user". Health and tax rules require us to keep them. See our Privacy Policy.
Before you start
An appointment still to come has to be cancelled or finished first. You can cancel one from My bookings.
